OUR FOUNDERS:
Juan Torres is a Mexican American, born in Leon Guanajuato, Mexico, but Granada Hills is his home, and CEO of GoTo Mortgage Solutions.
Juan was introduced to the Real Estate and Mortgage industry in 2005. He quickly developed a passion to help people build wealth through homeownership. In 2005 Juan was granted a work permit, he immediately applied to take his Real Estate Exam and passed it after several attempts. Juan has originated thousands of mortgage loans. He has received various recognitions, including NAHREPS top 250, TOP Producer year after year.
Juan is now a proud US Citizen and happily married to his wife Amparo. He is a father of 2 amazing boys, Alexis and Aaron and his princess, Aleyda.
Juan lives, works and plays in Granada Hills. He Runs and operates several businesses including a Mortgage Brokerage, flips and holds real estate. Juan is a member of the Granada Hills Chamber of Commerce, and a proud Rotarian. Juan is passionate about leadership and believes we all have it in us.
